    Prescriptions

We are encouraging patients who are more mobile and who are not housebound patients to order their prescriptions by dropping them into the surgery’s designated post boxes. This will help to reduce the high demand of calls that we are currently facing. HOWEVER this is patient choice, if you still prefer to contact the surgery via telephone then please be patient with the reception staff as they are doing their best in answering your call which will be placed in our telephone queuing system. Another alternative would be to register for patient online services, for more information on this please also speak with our reception team who will be happy to assist you further. Thank you
