    We are very pleased to announce we have opened a branch surgery in Barlaston following the withdrawal of Cumberland House Surgery. Patients need to re-register with Brinsley Avenue Medical Practice if they wish to continue to receive General Practice Services in Barlaston otherwise they will remain registered with Cumberland House in Stone. To register please bring photographic ID and proof of address to the Trentham or Barlaston site and we will issue you with registration forms.
