Travel Health Information & Vaccinations

We provide up to date travel health advice tailored to your individual travel health needs and plans.

Every country and every holiday, business trip or gap year has different risks, are you aware of how to reduce these risks and stay healthy during your travels.

The majority of travel vaccines are available free to our own NHS registered patients; however there is a charge for some vaccines and tablets.

Please make your first travel health appointment at least 2 weeks prior to travel.

Before making your first appointment, print off a travel health questionnaire (click here to open document) and return the completed form to the reception, the Practice Nursewill then assess your requirements and can ensure that you are given the appropriate appointments with regard to timing of vaccinations. Alternatively you can collect a form from Reception.
